Alex is a Project Manager on the HR Research & Advisory team at McLean & Company. In her role, Alex is focused on creating data-driven and high-impact resources for members and bringing the research to life through analyst calls. She is passionate about helping organizations create meaningful work opportunities for their employees through effective talent acquisition strategies and fostering a positive and inclusive culture.

Before joining McLean & Company, Alex worked in the financial services industry where she gained experience identifying clients' needs and creating tailored solutions. She is focused on the human factor in the workplace and implementing effective HR best practices so that employees feel engaged and organizations meet their strategic goals. Alex holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.
