Adrienne is a trusted human capital strategist and advisor whose work focuses on helping organizations build cultures where people and performance thrive together.

As Director of Human Resources Advisory Services at McLean & Company, she advises executive and HR leaders on some of today's most pressing workplace challenges, including culture transformation, employee experience, leadership effectiveness, organizational change, workforce wellbeing, and the responsible integration of emerging technologies. Drawing on more than two decades of experience across industries – including financial services, healthcare, technology, and commercial real estate, Adrienne helps organizations translate insight into action and people strategies into meaningful business outcomes.

Increasingly, her work sits at the intersection of people, culture, data, and technology. She is passionate about helping organizations leverage people analytics, knowledge management, AI governance, and data-informed decision-making to create more effective, inclusive, and future-ready workplaces.

Known for her thoughtful perspective and engaging facilitation style, Adrienne frequently speaks with leaders on the future of work, organizational culture, employee engagement, DEI, workforce wellbeing, and the evolving relationship between human potential and technological advancement.

Adrienne holds a Master of Human Resources Management from York University and a Bachelor of Commerce and Environmental Management from the University of Toronto. She is a Canadian Human Resources Leader (CHRL), a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional (CCIP), and a graduate of Cambridge Judge Business School's People Analytics: Transforming HR Strategy with Data Science program. She is currently pursuing the Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), and Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) designations.
